Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

This sales specialist manages commercial replacement opportunities. Responsibilities include managing the full customer quote process, backing-up Commercial Sales Administrators, and assisting with credit and collection activities.

  • Meet face-to-face with and call target Commercial Service and Replacement Contractor accounts.
  • Provide direct support for the Emergency Replacement hotline.
  • Collaborate with management and stores to actively promote and manage emergency replacement programs, marketing and pricing activities.
  • Use developing knowledge in equipment replacement to assist the Commercial District with sales opportunities.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Requires at least 1 year related experience.
  • Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services, including; marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knows principles and processes for providing customer service, including; customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Effective at written and verbal communication.
  • Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $59k - $70k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
